Michael D. Kirby represents clients throughout the state of Ohio in the areas of domestic relations
and juvenile law. He has extensive experience handling divorce, dissolution, separation, custody, parenting time, support issues and civil domestic violence matters, bringing with him over 27 years of experience as a Magistrate in the Lucas County Domestic Relations Court. He has been a long-time educator for the Ohio Supreme Court, serving as both an instructor and on the curriculum development committee. Mike has over 31 years of experience in the legal system as he was first licensed to practice law in 1984. Michael was given an award for commitment in 2011 by the University of Toledo Law Alumni.
Education: Bachelor of Applied Arts from Central Michigan University, Juris Doctorate from University of Toledo College of Law, Masters of Business Administration from University of Toledo.
