Cindy M. Kirby, Attorney at Law
Cindy M. Kirby is now the Assistant Dean of Student Affairs at the University of Toledo College of Law, and is no longer practicing law.
Cindy M. Kirby earned her Bachelor of Arts degree, Magna Cum Laude, in Psychology from the University of Toledo at the age of 19. She completed all coursework for a Masters of Education degree in Educational Psychology, and then received her Juris Doctorate degree, Cum Laude, from the University Of Toledo College Of Law in 1992.
